Welcome Lomond Families!

If you have a child at Lomond, you are automatically a valued member of Lomond's Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). There are no dues or applications. The PTO plays an important role in our school community. We provide support for our teachers and students in a variety of ways, including organizing community events, supporting school-run events, organizing room reps, teacher grants, fundraising, and more. We hope that you will consider getting involved with the PTO. We always welcome new volunteers. You can find more information about our organization in our PTO e-newsletter, the Lomond Weekly as part of Shaker Schools eNews sent on Sunday evenings, and our Facebook pages!

VOLUNTEERING FOR PTO EVENTS

We hope you will get involved here at Boulevard! All parent/guardian volunteers for field trips and classroom help must be fingerprinted and background checked.

The district no longer requires vaccination proof.

Please see the Volunteer page on shaker.org to review the Shaker Heights Schools Volunteer Handbook and register to volunteer. We welcome volunteers for a variety of events, classroom needs, field trips and more!

To schedule an appointment, call the Family and Community Engagement (FACE) office at 216-295-6268 or email at volunteer_face@shaker.org. The FACE department is located on the Second floor of the Shaker Heights Public Library Main Branch, 16500 Van Aken Blvd., Shaker Heights 44120. No walk-ins, by appointment only.

Lomond Friday Flyer

Weekly newsletter that provides updates from Principal George Clark, school events and PTO news. It is published by the school district on Sunday evenings and automatically emailed to all families. Look for a Shaker email and click on the link for Lomond. District news is also included in the email.
